- Awad Badi Nahas Company aims to make the experience of purchasing its Products easy and enjoyable. Awad Badi Nahas Company is also keen to provide the best after-sales services to its customers, from maintenance and spare parts. Maintenance and repair services will be provided by technicians trained by the company or authorized agents, using original spare parts from the manufacturer. Awad Badi Nahas Company guarantees the products shown in the invoice for a period of two years from the date of receipt, subject to the following conditions:
- The customer must prove the order number sent to the email registered in the account or the date of purchase of the Product according to the invoice sent to the email or delivery note.
- The Products must have been supplied, installed, operated, and maintained according to the manufacturer’s instructions, and the instructions attached to the Product must be read, explaining how to install, operate, and use them correctly.
- The customer is obligated to pay the product inspection fees in the event that the repair fees are not accepted during the warranty period or if there is no problem with the product after the inspection.
- Warranty does not include:
- Misuse or incorrect use of the Product or uses other than those recommended in the user manual.
- Non-domestic or commercial use of the products.
- The use of non-genuine spare parts.
- Repair of the Products by technicians not authorized by Awad Badi Nahas Company or the manufacturer.
- Tampering with or changing serial numbers.
- Intentional errors or negligence.
- Accidental errors resulting from the entry of foreign objects or materials or the use of inappropriate cleaning materials (please contact us for recommendations for cleaning materials suitable for your Products).
- Operating the products on an inappropriate or irregular electrical voltage.
- Rust, corrosion or damage caused by water including but not limited to (lime, water salinity, etc.).
- Breaks, blows, cuts or exposure of the Product to external factors such as liquids, humidity or high temperatures.
- Damage resulting from electrical, gas or water extensions.
- Damage resulting from floods, lightning, storms, snow or bad weather.
- Damage resulting from theft, attempted theft, malicious damage, fire or explosion.
- Damage resulting from Product installation errors by technicians not authorized by Awad Badi Nahas Company.
- Consumables that are changed periodically or accessories including but not limited to (batteries, fuses, bulbs, filters, gaskets, lighting covers, etc.).
- Cosmetic repairs that are not related to or affect the normal operation of the Products such as paints for scratches.
- Preventive maintenance such as cleaning, overhauls, adjustments, lubrication, and descaling.
- Carbon filters, as they are sold separately as accessories for the hood.
- Once the delivery note is signed, the warranty becomes valid for two years from its date and the Product cannot be exchanged or returned except in the event of a manufacturing defect.
- The customer’s signature on the delivery note means that the Product is free of defects, damages and external damages (dents, scratches, breakage, cuts, etc.) and that the responsibility for inspecting the Products lies with the customer, so the customer must carefully examine and inspect the Product upon receipt.
- In the event that any apparent damage or error in the type of Products sent or a shortage in the Product parts is discovered upon receipt, it will be dealt with by the supply representative upon delivery.
- In the event that damage appears to the Product after signing the delivery note, please contact the customer care center on the toll-free number (8002446660) and provide us with a clear idea of the details of the problem in order to set an appointment for maintenance service and carry out the necessary repair.
- The Product can be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase in the event that the Product is not received.
- The Product can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase in the event that the Product is not received.
- The Product cannot be exchanged or returned after installation unless the Product cannot be repaired within the warranty period.
- The company has the right to claim storage fees (5% of the Product value for each month after three months from the date of purchase) in the event that the customer does not receive or claim the Product.
- The company has the right to change the models that have been purchased in the event that the customer does not receive or claim them after three months from the date of purchase.
- Exchanges and returns are subject to approval and exclude discounted Products and Products in some promotional offers such as annual or seasonal discounts and can exchanged only if the Product cannot be repaired.
- During the preparation of the exchange or return process, the Product must be in the original packaging with all accessories and the instruction manual and in its original condition.
- If the Product is found without its accessories, the company has the right to collect fees to cover any costs.
- In the event that the customer discovers a damage or technical defect or malfunction in the Product that prevents it from performing as required (this does not mean external damage such as scratches, dents, breakage, cuts, etc.), the customer care center must be contacted to set an appointment where a specialized technician will visit the customer and examine the Product.
- The specialized technician must inspect the Product and verify the type of defect before taking any action. In the event that there is no defect or damage, the customer must bear all expenses of the technician’s presence at the site.
- The exchange and return policy do not cover any defects resulting from negligence, misuse, installation errors, failure to follow the instructions manual when using, or using the product for a purpose other than that for which it is intended, which may result in partial or total damage to the Product.
- Shipping charges or bank transfer fees will be calculated to the customer in the event that the Product is returned or not accepted by the customer.
- Purchases made by credit card will be refunded through the bank and the process may take up to 14 business days depending on the customer’s bank and the amount cannot be refunded in cash.
