Latte Macchiato

METHOD

  1. Grind fresh coffee beans or use pre-ground coffee, as freshly ground beans retain the unique aroma and flavor of the blend.
  2. Brew an espresso in a large cup using a manual or automatic espresso machine.
  3. While the espresso brews, steam approximately 200ml of milk in an aluminum jug.
  4. Once the milk becomes frothy, gently tap the jug on a flat surface to eliminate air bubbles, then pour the steamed milk into the cup.
