Hot Ginger Coffee

Hot ginger coffee offers a delightful twist on traditional filter coffee. Infused with lemon peel, cinnamon, and candied ginger, it's the perfect drink to bring warmth and flavor to the chilliest of days.

Ingredients

  • 4 scoops of coffee beans.
  • 1 tablespoon grated orange peel.
  • 1 tablespoon chopped candied ginger.
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
  • 6 cups cold water.

METHOD

  1. Combine the finely grated orange zest, ginger, and cinnamon with the ground coffee.
  2. Place a paper filter in the coffee machine’s basket and rinse it with hot water.
  3. Insert the basket back into the machine and fill the water tank with fresh water.
  4. Start the brewing process, and once complete, serve the hot coffee in a glass or porcelain mug.

    You can make your hot ginger coffee even yummier by garnishing your cup with whipped cream, orange peel and a stick of cinnamon.
